Billy Barratt is a young actor born in Brixton, London. He attends and is represented by Sylvia Young.He is the grandson of 80's British pop star Shakin' Stevens. His mother is Carolyn Owlett, a former model and member of UK band The 411.The role of Ralph Selfridge (the grandson of Harry Selfridge) was Billy's first TV role.
