Japanese actor Toru Uchikado was born in New Jersey, but moved back to Japan as a young child and raised in Yokohama, Japan. Uchikado made his television debut in the epic 13-episode event series "Heroes Reborn" from creator/executive producer Tim Kring, who also imagined the critically acclaimed 2006 "Heroes" series. He plays 'Ren Shimosawa,' a young Japanese gamer whose storyline unfolds as he joins 'Miko' (played by Kiki Sukezane) on her journey of being a "Hero." Hide
